What is included in the 7-day trial?
Your free week includes Eden Live classes and access to the on-demand workout library. No credit card is required to start.
Do I need equipment?
No. Many sessions are bodyweight-friendly, and every workout clearly lists any optional equipment before you begin.
What if I cannot make a live class?
Use the on-demand library whenever it fits your schedule. You can filter workouts by goal, duration, and equipment.
Is Eden Live free for current Eden members?
For now, Eden Live is available at no additional charge to anyone with an active Eden account.
Is this medical care?
Eden Live is a fitness experience, not medical care. Separate clinical services are provided by licensed Eden clinicians where available and appropriate.
